Information Officer
In terms of POPIA, the head of a private body is automatically designated as the Information Officer. Limpopo Flight School has formally appointed the following person to fulfil this role. All POPIA and PAIA requests, complaints, and data subject enquiries should be directed to the Information Officer using the contact details provided.

The Information Officer is responsible for ensuring that Limpopo Flight School complies with all applicable data protection legislation and handles personal information lawfully, transparently, and responsibly.

Right of Access
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Right to Correction
You may request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected or updated.
Right to Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information where it is no longer required, subject to legal retention obligations.

PAIA and POPIA Requests
Requests for access to information held by Limpopo Flight School in terms of PAIA, or requests relating to personal information in terms of POPIA, must be submitted to the Information Officer.Requests must be submitted using the prescribed PAIA Form C where applicable.
